We are seeking an Mid-level Industrial Designer who:

Can lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring every product touch point is considered
Go from brief to design handoff with ease
Worked on a diverse range of consumer products and packaging
Has world-class form and aesthetically driven skills that shine
You understand form, function and how they work together to design products with a ‘reason to exist’
Work with marketing teams, engineers and suppliers at every stage of the product development process.
With the desire for constant improvement even after production

The Job

Lead a design project from start to finish
Interface directly with all teams and the direct of industrial design to bring projects to life.
Work with the US, Hong Kong, and Chinese team members to develop great products within the program constraints.
Manage the design process from concept through production
Extend the design language to all touch points (Packaging, Web, UI)

You should apply for this role if you

Have at least three (5) years of experience as an industrial designer producing work of the highest quality.
Have worked with a top design consultancy or studio.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit, and the desire to lead.
Have a passion for all things design and innovation and using design as a strategic tool in business.
Have a strong aesthetic sense with the proven ability to manifest a vision and brand in a way that stimulates a person’s senses and emotions.
Have outstanding verbal presentation skills, and are comfortable presenting to C-level executives.
Have advanced expertise in CAD modeling, rendering and illustration using software such as Rhino, Onshape, Solidworks, Keyshot, and Photoshop.
