Qualified candidates will be located in Rhode Island or the Southern New Hampshire area. Must be able to work a hybrid model of in office and remote with occasional travel to supplier and or customer sites.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills:

Create quick-turn photorealistic concept renderings/ illustrations using SolidWorks.
Produce detailed engineering specifications on a part level, for quote or production.
Effectively manage lead times in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
Innovate by thinking creatively and delivering visually appealing, practical solutions.
Collaborate with design teams or client marketing teams.
Graphic design is required but not a primary focus.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
Strong ability to effectively communicate specifications with international offices.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Skilled in conceptualizing ideas through hand sketches or marker renderings.
Capable of managing projects from initiation to completion, with a willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Reside in the Rhode Island or Southern Massachusetts area.
Maintain a dedicated home office to support hybrid work and remain available for travel in the Northeast if needed.
Familiarity with retailer environments, including Walmart, Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, and club stores.
