Job Description:

We are seeking a Creative Packaging Designer to join our team at our Brooklyn office. The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual with a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful packaging that stands out on shelves and resonates with our brand identity. You will be working closely with our product development and marketing teams to design packaging for our line of fragrance products, including reed diffusers, room sprays, candles, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop creative and functional packaging solutions for our fragrance products.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and functional requirements.

Research and stay up-to-date with packaging trends in the fragrance and beauty industry.

Create detailed packaging prototypes, mock-ups, and final designs ready for production.

Work with external suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure high-quality results.

Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Proven experience in packaging design, preferably within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods industries.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative packaging designs.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Great communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and sustainable packaging solutions is a plus.
