Kelly® Engineering has exciting direct hire Senior Industrial Designer position with an industry leader in the Scranton, PA area. Industrial Designer Responsibilities:

Produce cutting-edge product concepts and design solutions with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics and usability.
Collaborate daily with Research & Development (R&D) Engineering and Product Management teams to develop new products
Responsible for the aesthetics and ergonomics of new products
Produce physical models for hands-on evaluation
Produce computer models of concept designs for presentation, prototyping and production
Design production-ready CAD models for various manufacturing methods including injection molding, casting, and carbon fiber process

Industrial Designer Requirements

Experience creating innovative aesthetic and ergonomic concepts
Advanced working knowledge of 3D CAD packages, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar software
Understanding of production and manufacturing processes
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
