Opportunity
The Industrial Designer is responsible for designing fixtures and custom displays for retail settings. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to develop innovative and functional designs that meet client requirements and enhance the retail experience. The Industrial Designer will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Prototype Development, and Project Management, to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s standards and client expectations.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days in office.
Essential Functions
- Design Development:
- Create and develop innovative designs for retail fixtures and displays, from concept to final product.
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software.
- Ensure designs meet client specifications, brand guidelines, and functional requirements.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with Sales to understand client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure designs are feasible and manufacturable.
- Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Provide support during the manufacturing process to address any design-related issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the retail fixtures and displays industry.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software including 3D design software (such as SolidWorks, Form Z, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production methods.
- Knowledge of retail environments and trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
