About Team
We are seeking an innovative AI Space Interaction Industrial Designer to join our design team and create the next generation of consumer intelligent products. This role bridges the gap between design thinking and emerging technologies, focusing on translating complex technological capabilities into meaningful consumer experiences.
- Take the lead in the product design direction of AR glasses.
- Lead the collection of industry market information and future trend information, conduct market research, analysis and collation, gain insight into the core selling points of the product, and work with the product manager throughout the entire process to complete the product definition, guide the product and hardware architecture, consolidate requirements, and transform product requirements into design goals.
- Be responsible for the exterior design, converting product positioning, brand elements, functional definitions, etc. into competitive industrial designs, and precipitating design styles and standards.
- Conduct pre-research on human-machine experience and product architecture, participate in the establishment of human-machine design styling standards, and output concepts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years or more of industrial design experience in eyewear products, having led the ID design of large-scale products, with end-to-end design full-process capabilities, and eyewear designers from well-known brands are preferred.
- Have a good understanding of the product and its positioning, with a solid foundation in styling and complete, proportionally coordinated product forms.
- Possess excellent sketching and model-making skills, be proficient in using 2D rendering software such as PS and AI, be proficient in at least one commonly used 3D software, and those with parametric (grasshopper) modeling capabilities are preferred.
- Be familiar with the structure, have a high sensitivity to materials, processes, and surface treatments; be able to achieve breakthroughs and innovations in combination with specific designs.
- Have critical thinking skills and be able to creatively address R&D requirements and production issues.
- Designers from well-known eyewear brands such as Linerberg, GM monster, Ray-Ban, and Kering Eyewear are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product design of large-scale consumer electronics hit projects is preferred.
- Those with design experience in both Party A and Party B can earn additional points.
- Those with rich project experience in CMF are preferred.
- Designers from well-known eyewear brands such as Gentle Monster, Lindberg, Unreal Ray-Ban, and Kering Group are preferred.
- The latest works of the applicant, preferably in a PDF format within 10M or as a link attachment.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $172800 - $366336 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
