📍 Location: Lonavala

Della Group is looking for a passionate Furniture Designer to join our R&D and Design team in Lonavala. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing bespoke luxury furniture and taking products from concept to prototype while working closely with design, engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design bespoke furniture for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Develop concepts, sketches, technical drawings and production-ready designs.
• Create detailed furniture drawings, BOMs and specifications for manufacturing.
• Work closely with the R&D, engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and flawless execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware and upholstery based on design intent and functionality.
• Develop 3D models and high-quality renders for design presentations and approvals.
• Participate in prototype development, product testing and design refinements.
• Ensure all designs meet quality, cost and timeline requirements.
• Research global furniture trends, materials and manufacturing techniques to drive product innovation.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or Interior Design.
• 5-18 years of experience in furniture design, product design or bespoke furniture manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of furniture construction, joinery, ergonomics and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, SolidWorks or Fusion 360.
• Experience with KeyShot, V-Ray or other rendering software is preferred.
• Knowledge of wood, metal, stone, glass, upholstery and premium finishes.
• Strong technical detailing, visualization and problem-solving skills.
