As the Associate Toy Designer for our Preschool line, you will design and develop innovative, high-quality toys, figures, and playsets for our youngest fans! Combining creative ideation with a deep appreciation for early childhood play patterns, you will turn beloved characters into compelling, safe, and engaging physical toys. You will support the entire design process from initial concept to final production. Collaboration is key: partner cross-functionally with brand management, engineering, packaging, and global manufacturing to deliver user-centric play experiences.
