Create Recruitment Specialists have partnered with a globally recognised, established and purpose-driven modern luxury jewellery brand known for creating timeless, wearable and responsibly made pieces. With a strong focus on craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability, the brand works with recycled precious metals, ethically sourced materials, semi-precious gemstones, pearls and lab-grown diamonds to create jewellery designed to be layered, loved and worn every day.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Designer to join the team and play a key role in shaping an ambitious and exciting product pipeline. This is a highly creative and hands-on opportunity where you will take ideas from initial concept through to final product, working closely with the Design, Product Development, Commercial, Supply and Quality teams.

You will be responsible for developing original, commercially relevant jewellery concepts and creating moodboards, material stories and design directions. You will bring ideas to life through sketching, renders, waxes, clay and 3D prints, as well as creating detailed, to-scale technical design sheets using Adobe Illustrator and/or CAD. You will work across a variety of materials, including vermeil, 14k solid gold, gemstones, pearls and lab-grown diamonds, while collaborating closely with international suppliers to ensure designs are successfully developed from concept through to production.

The role will also involve leading weekly design sessions, managing multiple projects against critical deadlines, monitoring trends and market opportunities, and working closely with senior creative leadership. You will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from the brand’s Founder and Artistic Director, while also mentoring junior members of the design team and helping to drive improvements and efficiencies across the design process.

We are looking for a confident and established jewellery designer with 5+ years’ industry experience, combining strong creative vision with excellent technical and commercial understanding. You will be hands-on, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused, confident presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and suppliers, and comfortable working across multiple categories, materials and projects. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or CAD is essential, along with a genuine passion for jewellery, craftsmanship and responsible design.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days per week at the brand’s beautiful studio in the East of England, with the remainder of the week offering the flexibility to work remotely or from the brand’s London office. There will also be international travel approximately 2–3 times per year, including visits to suppliers across Europe and Asia.
