Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create original 3D product designs from scratch.
• Design products such as poker chips, poker tables, roulette tables, casino accessories, furniture elements, and other premium products.
• Develop multiple design concepts, variations, materials, finishes, and colour combinations for new products.
• Translate rough ideas, references, sketches, and requirements into polished 3D concepts and realistic visualizations.
• Think practically about proportions, materials, construction, usability, and manufacturability while designing products.
• Create high-quality product renders and presentation visuals suitable for websites, catalogues, social media, and marketing.
• Research and stay updated with global design trends, luxury aesthetics, materials, finishes, furniture trends, and premium product design.
• Contribute fresh ideas for improving the overall visual identity and presentation of the brand.
• Support the creative team with website visuals, banners, social media creatives, campaign concepts, and product presentations.
• Provide design inputs for improving website UI/UX, product-page presentation, layouts, and overall visual consistency.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and management teams to take ideas from concept to final execution.
• Maintain a consistent premium and luxury design language across products and brand communication.

What Were Looking For

• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, product visualization, materials, lighting, rendering, and composition.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, proportions, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to think creatively and develop original concepts rather than simply reproducing references.
• Strong understanding of luxury and premium design language.
• Awareness of current trends in product design, interiors, furniture, branding, UI/UX, and digital design.
• Ability to understand a brand's positioning and translate it into a cohesive visual style.
• Good understanding of how a product should look both physically and digitally.
• Attention to detail and the ability to create clean, refined, presentation-ready work.
• Comfortable experimenting with different ideas and presenting multiple creative directions.
• Proficiency in relevant 3D design, rendering, and graphic design software.

Preferred Candidate

We would especially like to meet designers who:

• Have a strong portfolio showcasing original 3D/product design work.
• Have experience designing premium products, furniture, interiors, luxury goods, gaming products, or lifestyle products.
• Understand how materials such as wood, metal, leather, acrylic, fabric, glass, and premium finishes behave visually.
• Can balance creativity with practical product design requirements.
• Have an eye for premium branding and high-end commercial presentation.
• Can independently research, conceptualize, and develop new design directions.
