About the Role
Love designing jewellery that people actually wear and buy? This role blends creativity with commercial sense. We're looking for a designer whose forte is minimalist design: clean lines, refined proportions, and pieces that feel effortless. You'll conceptualize and sketch trend-led designs, validate them with market insights, and see them through to production.
What You'll Do
- Create minimalist, lightweight design collections informed by sales data, trends, and customer feedback
- Conceptualize and hand-sketch original designs across our core categories
- Work with CAD and production teams to develop cost-effective, feasible designs
- Oversee each design from concept through sampling to final production
- Make sure finished pieces match the approved design and brand aesthetic
What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in jewellery design, with a strong forte in minimalist designs
- A portfolio that showcases clean, minimal, wearable pieces
- Strong hand-sketching ability
- Working knowledge of CAD tools (preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and gemstones
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using sales data and customer feedback to guide design
- Awareness of jewellery trends and a genuine passion for the craft
