Junior Product Designer - Homeware, Gifting & Fragrance (Pre-Launch)

About the RoleWe're a venture backed pre-launch luxury homeware and fragrance brand building a distinctive product story from the ground up. We're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help shape our earliest collections — someone who's excited to work hands-on across textiles, tabletop, and home objects, and who wants a seat at the table as we define what this brand looks and feels like. Take products from approved concept through sampling to production-ready, making the daily materials and finishes calls and keeping a multi-category assortment cohesive.

What You'll Do

• Play a key role in identifying and developing new product opportunities that align with the brand's story, values, and aesthetic
• Generate and communicate homeware concepts through 2D sketches and/or 3D models, including creation of techpacks.
• Work closely with the Head Product Designer to develop concepts from early ideation through execution
• Ensure all designs meet the company's standards for quality, craftsmanship, and brand integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing (quotes, tooling, feasibility), packaging, marketing, and product development teams to bring designs to life
• Execute both product design and graphic design deliverables as needed
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to design, marketing, and creative leadership
• Help manage the early phases of design and development in partnership with other disciplines
• Maintain assortment cohesion: palette, finishes, and family consistency across products
• Organize and maintain all product samples, notes, etc, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored

What We're Looking For

• BS/BA in Product Design or Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of professional product design experience
• Knowledge of material and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with textile and tabletop product categories
• Strong sketching and 3D modeling skills (2D and 3D concept development)
• Proficiency in CAD, Rhinoceros, or other similar 3D modeling tools
• Comfort presenting ideas to cross-functional and leadership audiences
• A collaborative mindset and excitement to work in a fast-moving, pre-launch environment
• Obsessive about detail and cohesion; calm under high daily decision volume
• An eye for brand storytelling — you think about why a product fits, not just how it looks
