We're on the lookout for a passionate Industrial Designer to join our team who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment—bringing smart, manufacturable product designs to life. As part of our design team, you'll be working on a variety of new and existing product development projects. From initial concepts through to production, you'll contribute across all product development stages.

The Role

• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to clarify design requirements
• Conceive product architectures and design concepts
• Execute detailed design work, creating part geometry and specifications
• Assemble and test prototypes, and
• Assist with cost estimating, scheduling, and project coordination
• Support company-wide quality, engineering, and compliance standards

Things that matter to us

• A degree in Industrial Design or Product Design Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in product development, with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrated ability to create well-resolved, aesthetically considered and manufacturable product designs
• Solid understanding of how things work—with a focus on function and manufacturability
• Great problem-solving skills, and a willingness to get hands-on
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
• Impressive communication skills – interpersonal, visual, and written
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, and Adobe (or similar) artwork applications
• Familiarity with working under a quality system and technical documentation
