Role Purpose

Create the next-generation Volex EV charging product design language and industrial design architecture for portable charging products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design

• Develop industrial design concepts.
• Create product renderings and visual mockups.
• Design user-friendly charging products.

Design Language

• Establish Volex EV design identity.
• Ensure design consistency across product families.

Development Support

• Work with Hardware and Mechanical Engineering teams.
• Support production feasibility reviews.

Customer Engagement

• Prepare design presentations.
• Participate in OEM concept reviews.

Requirements:

Experience

• 5+ years industrial design experience
• Consumer electronics or EV products

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Creo
• Rhino
• KeyShot
• Adobe Creative Suite

Portfolio

Must demonstrate experience with:

• Consumer electronics
• Industrial products
• Mobility products
