Product Development & Collaboration

Quality & Production
- Help establish product standards for sizing, materials, construction, and quality across accessory categories.
- Review wear-test and quality-assurance results and recommend improvements to product performance, fit, and functionality.
- Identify potential manufacturing, costing, and production risks early and recommend technical solutions.
- Track seasonal development calendars and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, including metals, plating, plastics, textiles, hardware, and molds.
- Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to develop detailed specification packages.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global manufacturing partners.
