We’re looking for a designer to create modular furniture SKUs for mass-market sales and repeatable B2B projects. The role focuses on developing standardised, production-ready products that balance design, functionality, cost, and ease of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop modular product SKUs with defined dimensions, configurations, materials, finishes, and hardware.
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp 3D models for manufacturing and product presentation.
• Prepare cost estimates and support pricing and quotations.
• Work with manufacturers and vendors to prototype, refine, and standardise products.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience; modular furniture experience is highly desired.
• Degree in Architecture.
• AutoCAD and SketchUp 3D proficiency are mandatory.
• Coohom proficiency is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of modular systems, joinery, materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong material selection skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication.
